3S MEP Provided MEP design service for the pharmaceutical manufacturing facility located in North Carolina State. The total project area is 18,500 sq. ft. The team designed the ISO class-8 cleanroom for a water bath, INH infill room, and QC lab.

Challenges during Project:

To design a space that maintains a low Relative Humidity level of 35 % at high ACH of 30, as per Class 8 cleanroom requirement. To design a ducting layout that can be fit in the existing structure joist and beam which include a VAV box and HEPA filter.
