Mechanical design included heat load calculation, makeup air system and kitchen exhaust system with coordination to kitchen consultant, sizing and selection process of the rooftop unit. The plumbing design includes WSFU and DFU calculation, domestic water supply layouts, and drainage layout. The team also designed a grease drain system and grease interceptor.
