3S MEP provided engineering design for the restaurant located at Menlo park mall in Edison City,   New Jersey. Our team designed the restaurant kitchen as per mechanical code IMC-2018 (with amendment) of the state of New Jersey.Mechanical design includes heat load calculation, makeup air system and kitchen exhaust system with coordination to kitchen consultant, sizing and selection process of the rooftop unit. Electrical design includes lighting, power and fire alarm design layout, lighting fixture selection, and design panel schedules. Plumbing design includes a domestic water distribution system, sanitary system, and grease drain system.
