3S MEP + S provided MEP service for a 17,800 sq. ft warehouse building located in Ellis County, Texas. The mechanical engineers performed calculations to determine ventilation air (CFM) requirements. They designed HVAC systems including ductwork, piping, HVAC equipment, filters, etc. The plumbing team designed an adequate cost-efficient system for cold/hot water distribution, sanitary waste system and vent system. The electric team designed lighting, power, and fire alarm systems. A challenge we faced for this project was the design of a mechanical system that will sufficiently fulfill the requirements of various spaces in the warehouse with minimum duct layout.
