3S MEP + S provided MEP & FP design service for a two story luxury house located in Dallas, Texas. The 9900 sq. ft. building has a living room, dining area, four bedrooms & bathrooms, closets, exercise room, study room, and two offices. The mechanical team calculated heat load in HAP 5.11 software and designed a ventilation system as per IMC-18. Design VRF system for various spaces in Mitsubishi DBS software. Plumbing design includes WSFU & DFU calculation, sanitary waste system, domestic cold/ hot water system, riser diagrams, and sizing of the water heater. The electric design includes the lighting, power, and fire alarm layout and lighting fixture selection. The team also designed the fire protection system as per NFPA 13D  for sprinkler design.
