This project entails the renovation of an existing 7355 Sq. Ft. building in Albuquerque, NM that was converted into a beautiful cannabis grow facility. 

Our aim was to translate our client’s vision to achieve the best control for a better quality of the product. 3S designed Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical on this job. The entire system was designed to achieve temperature and humidity control with the utility constraint of electricity and budgetary constrain of the client. Electrical lighting and HVAC were designed to work coordinated to provide day and night mode operations for multiple stages of growing and flowering. Air circulators were designed for CO₂ consumption and odor control.
