3S MEP delivered extensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design solutions for a prominent gold retail establishment situated in Naperville, IL. Spanning 5800 sq ft., this retail venue specializes in the sale of exquisite diamond and gold jewelry.

We designed an appropriate HVAC ductwork to meet the aesthetic requirements for the gold store and coordinating diffuser systems with ceiling lights suggests an intentional effort to blend functionality with aesthetics. Also, notable attention was given to occupant comfort and ventilation needs. The team managed to design an efficient air distribution system from the existing RTU.

The plumbing design includes a sanitary waste, domestic cold/hot water system, water heater selection, and gas piping diagram.
Electrical design services included lighting and power layout that considered both functionality and energy efficiency. The team conducted load calculations to determine the electrical demand and designed the electrical system accordingly. Developed a Single Line Diagram (SLD) to illustrate the electrical connections and distribution within the facility.
