All Packs is a Wooden box manufacturing facility that manufactures wooden boxes for packaging purposes.

3S MEP provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services.

Electrical work included Power and Lighting system design, considering the Load calculation for the heavy manufacturing machinery including the demand factors given in NFPA 70. For the HVAC system, we used a wood pellet boiler and a hydronic unit heater for heating the whole warehouse. While the office was served using a multi-split system. The mechanical team designed the PEX pipe for the hydronic heater and selected a recirculating pump for the boiler. The plumbing system had a constraint where the domestic requirement of the facility was to be supplied from a water well using a submersible pump and a Pressure tank. The waste system was engineered as per Michigan Plumbing Code and connected to the city mains.
