Teams from 3S MEP + Structural working on a bakery project in Schererville conducted heat-load calculations and coordinated with a kitchen consultant to prepare designs for makeup air, ventilation and kitchen exhaust systems.

The design team was also responsible for selecting the rooftop unit.

The plumbing team calculated usage for water and discharge fixtures in designing layouts for water supply and drainage systems. A grease disposal system, including a grease interceptor, was also designed.

With all 3S MEP projects, a primary focus is integrating MEP and structural designs with the construction and architectural partners and the end-users to minimize the need for design adjustments or revisions during the construction process.
