The 3S MEP + S engineers provided mechanical, Electrical, and plumbing design services for a Banquet Hall in Aldrin CT, California. It covers approximately 33,200 Sq. Ft. of function space.

3S MEP provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services. The HVAC system was specifically designed targeting human comfort as per ASHRAE 55, in the Hall and in the kitchen area to achieve the proper balance between temperature and space humidity. The electrical team designed a lighting plan for the new facility and provided complete control system for the whole hall. Team managed to design the existing electrical distribution system to feed all new devices and equipment. We designed the entire plumbing system including domestic water, sanitary waste, and stormwater system while defining and selecting all the respective plumbing fixtures, specialty equipment and accessories like grease interceptor, Water heater etc. A significant objective on HVAC design was to supply specific volume of air from the kitchen hood while keeping the space negatively pressurized.
