The total area of the project is 29,360 sq. ft. The Team design domestic cold/ Hot water systems, storm drainage systems, and Sanitary Waste systems. Water Heater, Recirculation pump, Water booster pump, etc are selected and sized by 3s engineers. A challenge during this project is MEP Coordination and Clash detection with other disciplines.
