3S MEP provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services along with Fire Alarm and site photometric for the Travel Plaza in Bell County, Texas.

The 16,500 sq. Ft. busy service area will give travelers more than just a convenient break from the road on their way. The space was designed to provide a balanced HVAC system for multi-utility spaces like Truck stores, General stores, Kitchen, Restrooms, showers, etc.

The plumbing design included the domestic water and sanitary waste systems, including the grease system design for the large kitchen service.

A key challenge for the project was ensuring sufficient and proper ventilation, lighting, and power for the facility while coordinating the MEP to avoid design changes or modifications.
