Mechanical engineers from 3S MEP + Structural calculated the heat load of this 84-unit, six-story building in Champaign and designed a ventilation system that met IMC-2018 standards.

The building also has a parking level.

The design included ductwork and selecting HVAC equipment such as condensing units, furnaces, fans, diffusers, grills, and dampers.
