Hill River house is a motel building that has a game room, living room, kitchen, office, garage, and guest rooms.

3S MEP provided mechanical, Electrical, and plumbing design services for the project. The HVAC system was designed as per the California Mechanical code. We used a gas furnace heating system for the communal spaces and the bedrooms were served using a multi-split heat pump system. California plumbing code was followed for designing the Plumbing. The team designed a well water pump coupled with a pressure tank for the domestic water system. Rack type instantaneous water system was engineered to meet the hot water demand for the facility to maintain low initial and running costs.

The electrical design included a lighting layout, power layout, and fire alarm layout. The team also performed Title 24 calculations to comply with the Building energy efficiency standards.
