The Hindu temple in Madrid is sometimes used as a basketball court, and the MEP design, provided by 3S MEP + Structural, had to take that into consideration.
The major challenge was to condition air for the stage area. The hybrid gas-electric HVAC system was designed to make it energy efficient and cost effective.
The electrical design included layouts for lighting, power and fire alarms.
The plumbing team designed the cold-hot water distribution and sanitary waste systems and calculated the size needed for the water heater and grease interceptor.
With all 3S MEP projects, a primary focus is integrating MEP and structural designs with the construction and architectural partners and the end-users to minimize the need for design adjustments or revisions during the construction process. Design teams from 3S MEP actively engage with all stakeholders to identify potential conflicts and optimize overall system layout. Our teams are exceptionally proficient at harmonizing essential building elements for successful outcomes.
