This Hindu temple is a religious place and is sometimes used as a basketball court, found in Madrid, Iowa. It covers approximately 22500 Sq. Ft. of function space.

 3S MEP supplied mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services for the project. The HVAC system was designed on hybrid basis to run on gas and electrical for making it energy efficient and cost effective. The electrical design included Lighting layout, general and kitchen power layout, and fire alarm layout. The plumbing team designed the domestic water, sanitary waste, and sized the grease generate from the kitchen area, and produce an efficient size grease interceptor and Water heater. The major challenge was to condition the stage area and coordinate MEP to supply clash-free coordinated models.
