Ft. of function space. 3S MEP provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services with Fire Alarm and site photometric for the project. The swimming pool HVAC system was designed to achieve the proper balance between water temperature and space humidity. The electrical design includes a lighting layout, power layout, and fire alarm layout. The plumbing team designed the domestic water, sanitary waste, and stormwater system and selected equipment like a grease interceptor, Water heater. The major challenge was to coordinate MEP to provide clash-free coordinated models with zero MEP design changes and modifications.
