Expanding the Phase 3 process area in a pharmaceutical plant without disturbing Phase 2

For this project, 3S MEP + Structural provided mechanical and electrical design to expand the Phase 3 production area of this pharmaceutical plant.

Our team designed a cleanroom that met ISO 7 and ISO 8 standards and expanded feed lines for ampoules and vials.

A particular challenge during the project was to maintain pressure in an existing corridor to avoid disturbance in the Phase 2 process area.

With all 3S MEP projects, a primary focus is integrating MEP and structural designs with the construction and architectural partners and the end-users to minimize the need for design adjustments or revisions during the construction process. Design teams from 3S MEP actively engage with all stakeholders to identify potential conflicts and optimize overall system layout. Our teams are exceptionally proficient at harmonizing essential building elements for successful outcomes.
