3S MEP deals with space limitations for large office in existing building

For the project in this 23,000 square foot office in Miami, 3S MEP + Structural had to work around space limitations in an existing building.

Mechanical designers calculated the heat load using HAP 5.11 in order to plan secondary ductwork for the existing system and provide ventilation to meet IMC-15 requirements.

The plumbing team designed sanitary and water distribution systems and sized the water heater.

Electrical work included designs for lighting, power, and fire alarm systems, selecting lighting fixtures, and designing automatic and control circuitry.
