Teams from 3S MEP + Structural designed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for the Patel Brothers grocery store and bakery in Canton. The work included a fire alarm system and site photometric.

Using advanced HVAC technologies along with our expertise in system design, we engineered the system to achieve optimal temperature control, air circulation, and ventilation throughout the facility for the comfort of employees and customers.

Patel Brothers stores sell grocery and bakery products, and the store needed a balanced HVAC system to handle the varying needs of the retail area, the bakery and the common office.

The project included a comprehensive plan for water supply and sanitation systems as well as a grease disposal system for the bakery, all designed for efficiency and to meet local regulations and industry best practices.

With all 3S MEP projects, a primary focus is integrating MEP and structural designs with the construction and architectural partners and the end-users to minimize the need for design adjustments or revisions during the construction process.
