3S MEP provided mechanical and plumbing design services for the Passive House (Residential) located at Fayetteville, Arkansas.  We designed the ventilation system as per Arkansas Mechanical code – 2018. The mechanical team used Mitsubishi hyper heat system with a CERV2 Magic system, and a Dehumidifier to meet Passive House certification requirements. Designers utilized a geothermal system for the CERV2 system for Energy savings. The Plumbing team separated the Black and Gray water to be reused for toilet flushing and gardening to comply with the green energy concept of water saving. For the domestic water system team used a Plumbing manifold with a PEX pipe system for energy-saving and passive house certification.
