Residential building in Florida city gets new plumbing designed by 3S MEP

The water supply, sanitary, and central hot water systems in this almost 45,000-square-foot building in Hillsboro Beach were all designed by 3S MEP + Structural.

Designs included a recirculation pump for the hot water system, sizing and selecting the recirculation pump, the water heater, and a hot-water booster pump.

The stormwater drainage system was also designed by 3S MEP.
