3S MEP provided engineering design for the 5000 sq.ft. restaurant of a world-class resort in the Pocono Mountains, Pennsylvania.  Mechanical design included heat load calculation, a kitchen ventilation system as per IMC-2015, an exhaust system and makeup air systems; sizing and selection furnace, rooftop unit, exhaust fan, etc. The electrical design includes a lighting layout, power layout and fire alarm layout. Design of plumbing systems includes general plumbing – domestic cold and hot water, sizing and selection of domestic water heaters, sanitary and adequate venting.
