3S MEP provided mechanical design service for a three story house located in Denver, Colorado. The total project area is 1450 sq. ft and consists of a  crawl space, living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a family room. The  3S team calculated heat load in Elite Rhvac software and designed a ventilation system as per IMC-18. The first and second-floor heating/cooling is done by furnace and cooling coil. For the third floor, we have selected a ductless split heat pump. We have prepared manual J, D, and S with ACCA-approved software for city approval.
