The specific challenge facing the mechanical team from 3S MEP + Structural in this warehouse was designing a system that would meet the HVAC requirements of various spaces with a minimal duct layout.

The mechanical engineers performed calculations to determine ventilation air requirements and designed the system to meet the need, including ductwork, piping, HVAC components, filters, and other equipment.

The plumbing team designed cost-efficient systems for cold-hot water distribution, sanitary waste disposal and venting.

The electrical team designed lighting, power, and fire alarm systems.
